1. Start with the profile clients actually compare
Bosseo’s public Reputation & Reviews page centers the Google Business Profile and describes automated review requests, professional responses to positive or negative reviews, a negative-review protocol and dashboard reporting for review counts, ratings and trends. Those capabilities address the public proof a prospective client can see before contacting your firm. They do not establish that Napoleon has a particular level of demand, that your profile will rank in a particular position or that reviews will produce a specific number of calls.
Recommended approach
Begin with a baseline review of your firm’s profile: rating, count, recency, unanswered reviews, service-area wording and the relationship between the profile and the pages you want prospects to visit. Compare only the geographic areas that matter to your practice. Napoleon township, Jackson County and broader Michigan service coverage should not be treated as interchangeable. Decide whether the immediate issue is sparse feedback, delayed responses, unclear service coverage or weak measurement.
