1. Start with the right geographic boundary
The Census record identifies Muskegon Heights as a city in Muskegon County, Michigan. That relationship should shape the review. A page intended for people affected by a Muskegon County legal development is not automatically a page about the City of Muskegon Heights, and a statewide story is not automatically local to either place. Bosseo’s public Legal News page describes matching stories to a firm’s practice areas and state. It does not establish that every story will be specific to Muskegon Heights or that local search demand exists.
Recommended approach
Before booking a consultation, list the geographic relationships your firm actually serves: Muskegon Heights, Muskegon County, Michigan, or another defined area. Ask how those boundaries would be reflected in story selection and page language. Treat the population estimate as context for the municipality only; do not use it to forecast demand or lead volume.
