What does the ROI Dashboard publicly describe as trackable?+
Bosseo’s public page describes keyword rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI citations, calls, recordings, transcripts, case-type tags, lead classifications, forms, video intakes, source attribution, review measures and trends. Which fields apply to your firm should be confirmed in consultation.
Can a Mundy ranking prove that my firm will receive cases?+
No. A ranking is a visibility measure. It does not prove demand, a call, a qualified lead, a signed matter or revenue. Google also states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility.
How should we distinguish Mundy from Genesee County?+
Treat them as different geographic labels. Mundy township is recorded in Genesee County, but a township population, county total and broader service territory are not interchangeable. Agree on the meaning of each field before comparing results.
Does the public page establish a particular integration or uptime level?+
No. The public page describes dashboard data flows and connected ecosystem products, but it does not establish every integration, an uptime level, a specific recovery method or local infrastructure. Ask Bosseo to confirm the controls and connections included in your proposed scope.
Who should participate in the review?+
Include the partner responsible for marketing decisions, the person who manages intake and anyone who will review classifications or access sensitive call information. The right group depends on your firm’s internal responsibilities.
How do we book a product review?+
Bosseo’s public page invites firms to book a free review and lists calendar.bosseo.com as the booking destination. Use the meeting to discuss your definitions, geographic scope, attribution questions, permissions and acceptance criteria.
