1. Start with the profile and geography clients actually see
Bosseo describes Google Business Profile as the center of its Reputation & Reviews service. The public page says the service addresses on automated review requests, responses to reviews and review-growth tracking. For a Lansing firm, first define whether the relevant profile represents Lansing city, a broader service area, or offices elsewhere in Michigan. Lansing’s recorded county relationships include Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties, but that fact does not establish that your firm serves every part of those counties. It also does not establish demand or local competition. A reputation review should therefore compare your stated service territory with the address and service-area information displayed on the profile.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review the geographic scope of your Google Business Profile and identify any mismatch between your actual practice area, profile information and public review context. Keep Lansing, the three recorded counties and any other locations you serve as separate decisions rather than treating them as one market.
