1. Start with the Kinross service area you actually accept
The Census record identifies Kinross charter township and its relationship to Chippewa County. It does not establish that every website visitor is located in the township, that every potential client belongs in Chippewa County, or that a particular practice area is in demand. That distinction matters when you design intake. A visitor may be asking about a matter inside or outside your accepted geographic scope, and a response path should not imply that submitting an intake creates representation or confirms eligibility.
Recommended approach
Define the geographic questions your firm needs before building a flow: where the matter occurred, where the person is located, whether another location matters to the practice area, and who owns an inquiry that falls outside your service area. Keep Kinross and Chippewa County distinct in the firm’s review. Use Video Intake to collect the information your firm has decided is appropriate, then set a clear human-review or decline path for inquiries that need attention before scheduling.
