What does Lead Attribution show for an individual lead?+
Bosseo publicly describes a journey record containing the channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. The page also describes connecting calls to the journey and following the record through consultation and signed case.
Can it show whether a Holland page produced a matter?+
Bosseo states that attribution can show which city and service pages produce signed matters. In a consultation, confirm how your firm’s Holland and Ottawa County pages would be labeled and how the firm’s own outcome definitions would be applied.
Do we need to infer local demand from Holland’s population?+
No. The Census Bureau’s 2020–2024 ACS 5-year estimate records 39,637 residents for Holland charter township, with a margin of error of 55. That figure does not establish legal demand, search volume, competition, leads or case revenue. Attribution should be evaluated using your firm’s actual inquiry and outcome records.
Does the product include phone calls?+
Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page says calls can join the same journey record, including the web journey that produced the call. Ask during the consultation which call information and outcome fields would be available for your intake setup.
Will our intake team have to ask how someone heard about us?+
Bosseo describes automated instrumentation and says manual tagging is not required. Your firm should still decide which intake questions are necessary for qualification, conflict checks, routing and follow-up, and should confirm how those answers are represented.
How is this different from aggregate analytics?+
Bosseo positions Lead Attribution around a specific lead’s journey and attached intake information, while aggregate analytics generally describes traffic at a broader level. Confirm the exact records, permissions and outcome fields available to your firm before making a purchasing decision.
