Define the reputation area before choosing a review plan
A Holland law firm may serve clients in Holland, elsewhere in Allegan County, elsewhere in Ottawa County, or beyond those county relationships. Those are different geographic decisions. A review strategy should not treat the Holland city population as a proxy for the firm’s market. Instead, identify where the firm accepts matters, which communities appear in its Google Business Profile and website, and whether the firm wants reviews that reflect a city, a county relationship or a broader Michigan practice. Bosseo’s public product page centers Reputation & Reviews on Google Business Profile activity and describes review requests, review responses and review-growth tracking. It does not establish demand or a guaranteed local ranking outcome for Holland.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review the firm’s intended geographic coverage before implementation. Separate Holland from Allegan County, Ottawa County and statewide service areas in the measurement plan. Do not approve a geographic claim merely because Holland’s population is known.
