1. Set the geographic question before judging a source
Your firm may serve Holland city, clients elsewhere in Allegan County, clients in Ottawa County or a wider Michigan market. Those are different geographic scopes and should not be blended in one attribution label. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution description says journeys can include the landing page, channel, referrer, device and intake answers, with roll-ups by channel, case type and page. That makes geography a decision your firm should define in its intake and reporting review, rather than infer from the city’s population. A Holland city visit and a county-level inquiry may have different service priorities, even when both arrive through the same website.
Recommended approach
Agree on the geographic fields and reporting views you need before changing budget or page strategy. Review whether the firm distinguishes Holland city from Allegan County, Ottawa County and other Michigan locations, and decide which areas count as serviceable for each practice.
