What does Lead Attribution show?+
Bosseo describes a lead record that can include channel, referrer, landing page, device, sessions and intake answers. Its public page also describes connecting calls and reviewing outcomes through an ROI Dashboard. The exact information available for your firm should be confirmed in consultation.
Can it distinguish Hastings from Barry County?+
Geographic distinctions depend on the information your firm collects and the pages or records being reviewed. Hastings city and Barry County are not the same geographic scope. Discuss which location fields and page categories your firm can reliably use rather than assuming the system can infer a person’s location.
Does attribution prove that a marketing channel caused a signed case?+
It can provide a recorded journey for review, including the source path and available outcome stages. It does not independently prove causation, future performance or revenue. Your firm should define how it interprets assisted visits, repeat visits, referrals and multiple contacts.
Will phone calls be included?+
Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page says calls can join the same journey record, including the web session that produced the call. Ask how call matching, transcripts, case-type tags, transfers and uncertain classifications would work for your firm.
Do we need to ask every caller how they found us?+
Bosseo describes attribution as operating behind the scenes without staff-managed UTM spreadsheets or a remembered source question. You should still confirm what your intake team must record, how outcomes are updated and what information is needed to resolve ambiguous journeys.
How should a law firm judge whether attribution is useful?+
Start with decisions the firm needs to make and test whether the available records support them. Useful review questions include whether inquiries can be connected to pages, whether qualification information is attached, whether calls are included and whether outcomes can be compared without mixing Hastings, Barry County and Michigan into one category.
