Define the geography before judging performance
Genesee charter township and Genesee County are not interchangeable labels. A firm may serve the township, the county, nearby communities, Michigan generally, or some combination. The dashboard page describes city and case-type reporting, while the local Census record identifies Genesee charter township’s county relationship as Genesee County. That makes geographic definitions an implementation question: which location labels should appear in reporting, and which service areas should be evaluated separately? Population can establish the size of the named municipal geography, but it cannot establish demand or expected return.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels would be defined for your firm’s reporting. Keep Genesee charter township, Genesee County and any broader Michigan coverage distinct unless your firm deliberately combines them. Agree on whether a location is measured by ranking target, caller location, landing-page location, intake answer or another documented rule.
