Review the response path, not just the final outcome
Bosseo states that Intake Coach records, transcribes, tags, scores, and analyzes every intake call, including calls answered by the firm’s team or by the AI answering system. The resulting review can include an AI score, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts, and specific coaching suggestions. For a Flat Rock practice, use the consultation to define which calls belong in scope: calls from Flat Rock itself, calls from elsewhere in Monroe County or Wayne County, or a broader Michigan service area. Do not treat the city’s population estimate as a substitute for that decision.
Recommended approach
Bring a small set of representative intake situations to the discussion and ask how each response path would be evaluated. Decide which points matter most to your firm: identifying the caller’s purpose, collecting a callback number, confirming dates or jurisdictions, explaining the next step, or routing a matter to an attorney. Keep geographic scope explicit so the review does not blur Flat Rock with either county or with Michigan as a whole.
