What does Lead Attribution show for a lead?+
Bosseo describes a record containing the channel, referrer, landing page, device and session context, with intake answers attached to the journey. The public page also describes phone calls joining the journey and later outcome tracking. Your consultation should confirm how those records apply to your firm.
Can the report separate Comstock from Kalamazoo County?+
That depends on the geographic fields and reporting rules your firm adopts. Comstock charter township is recorded in Kalamazoo County, but the township and county are not interchangeable. Review the location fields and agree on the distinctions before relying on a local report.
Does attribution prove that Comstock has legal-service demand?+
No. The 2020–2024 ACS population estimate for Comstock is geographic context only. It does not establish demand, competition, search volume, inquiries, cases or revenue. Attribution can help review recorded journeys; it cannot turn population into a performance forecast.
Do we need to change how our staff asks where a caller came from?+
Bosseo says its attribution approach is designed to run behind the scenes and attach journey data to a lead. Your firm should still review its intake and disposition practices, especially the fields needed for qualification, ownership, geographic scope and outcome tracking.
Can phone calls be included?+
Bosseo’s public page says calls can join the same journey record, including the web journey and call information described there. During consultation, ask how your current call path, intake details and later outcomes would be reviewed.
Can attribution guarantee more inquiries or signed cases?+
No performance guarantee should be assumed. Attribution is a measurement and decision-support service. Google also states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. Use the data to evaluate what happened, not to promise what will happen.
