1. Start with the profile clients actually compare
A review program should begin with your Google Business Profile and the geographic coverage you want it to represent. Commerce is in Oakland County, but a firm may serve clients beyond the township or may intentionally focus on a narrower service area. Those are different decisions. Do not treat the township’s population as evidence that more people are searching for legal services or that a particular practice area has unmet demand. Review the profile’s name, address or service-area presentation, categories, description, hours, phone number, website link, and existing review history. Then decide whether the profile accurately represents the firm serving Commerce and the parts of Oakland County that matter to your practice.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to assess the profile as a reputation asset, not as a population-based market forecast. Define the locations and practice areas the firm is authorized and prepared to serve before deciding which review activity deserves attention.
