Will Automation replace our CRM or case-management software?+
Bosseo describes Automation as connecting the systems your firm already uses rather than replacing them. The appropriate design depends on your exact platforms, configuration and desired fields, so confirm the proposed connection during the consultation.
Which systems can Bosseo Automation connect?+
Bosseo’s public Automation page names Clio, MyCase, Filevine, PracticePanther, Smokeball, Lawmatics, HighLevel, Zapier and APIs, along with other platforms. A listed system is not a promise about your particular setup; ask for confirmation of the exact connection you need.
Can our staff still take over an automated conversation?+
Your implementation review should specify where human judgment is required and how staff take ownership after a reply, escalation or exception. Automation should support those decisions, not determine legal judgment for your firm.
Can follow-up differ by matter type?+
Bosseo describes follow-up sequences by case type. Your firm would still need to approve the categories, language, timing, channel, stopping rules and human handoff points before treating a sequence as suitable for use.
What should we measure first?+
Start with operational events your systems can record: whether an inquiry was captured, tagged, assigned, followed up, booked or transferred. Discuss attribution and downstream matter measures separately, and do not treat automation as a guarantee of leads, signed cases, revenue or rankings.
Does Big Rapids population determine whether automation is needed?+
No. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year estimate for Big Rapids city is 8,477, with a margin of error of 26, and the city is recorded in Mecosta County. That is geographic context only. Your actual inquiry paths, staffing decisions, systems and service area should determine whether Automation is appropriate.
