1. Define what a Bedford result means
Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes rankings by tracked service-and-city target and says that city data can help show where clients are coming from. Your firm should decide whether “Bedford” means Bedford charter township only, Calhoun County, a wider Michigan service area or another explicitly defined geography. These are not interchangeable. The Census record identifies Bedford charter township as a municipal-town in Calhoun County and records a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 9,164, with a margin of error of 32. That number can help document the place being discussed, but it cannot establish that residents need a particular legal service or that a marketing channel will produce matters.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geography is represented in ranking targets, lead records and city reporting. Agree on naming conventions before reviewing trends. If the firm serves more than Bedford, keep Bedford, Calhoun County and any broader Michigan area as separate fields or views rather than combining them into one local claim.
