Start with the caller’s next step, not a population assumption
The U.S. Census Bureau records Armada township as a municipal-town in Macomb County, Michigan, with a 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate of 5,325 and a margin of error of 42. That is geographic context only. It does not establish call demand, legal need, competition, language preference, staffing pressure, or revenue opportunity. For an Armada firm, the useful question is narrower: when an existing or prospective caller reaches the firm and nobody answers, what happens next? A voicemail, a busy line, an unanswered after-hours call, or an overflow call may each require a different response path.
Recommended approach
Map the firm’s actual phone paths by caller type and timing. Review what happens during lunch, after hours, weekends, holidays, meetings, and simultaneous calls. Do not size the service from Armada’s population; size the review around the calls your firm chooses to protect.
