1. Define the geography before you judge performance
The dashboard page describes city and case-type views, including questions about which cities produce calls. For your firm, “Allendale” should remain a precise reporting label rather than a shorthand for every nearby market. The Census record identifies Allendale charter township as a municipal-town in Ottawa County, Michigan. It does not turn the township’s population estimate into a forecast of clients or matters. During review, ask how geographic labels are assigned to keywords, landing pages, calls and leads, and whether Ottawa County or a broader metropolitan area is being discussed separately.
Recommended approach
Agree in writing on the geographic scopes the firm wants to inspect: Allendale, Ottawa County, and any wider area you intentionally serve. Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how those scopes would appear in the dashboard and how an ambiguous caller or a service-area page would be handled. Do not accept a combined total as proof that one locality produced a particular result unless the underlying attribution rule is clear.
