1. Start with the calls your Webster team must handle
Your firm should define which calls need immediate attention, which can wait for a callback and which should be directed elsewhere. Bosseo’s public product description says its system can classify calls as Potential New Client, Current Client or Other, while capturing the case type, timeline and contact details. It also describes case-type tagging. Those capabilities create a practical review point: decide which practice areas and urgency signals matter to your firm before evaluating the handoff. The fact that your firm serves Webster and Worcester County does not identify the caller’s legal issue or prove that any particular call will become a matter.
Recommended approach
Bring a written list of practice areas, excluded matters, emergency indicators, consultation rules and current-client routing instructions to the consultation. Ask how each category would appear in the summary and who owns the next action.
