1. Define what “Webster” means before reviewing performance
The Census record identifies Webster as a census-designated place in Worcester County, Massachusetts. A dashboard review should preserve that distinction from the start. A report about Webster CDP is not automatically a report about all of Worcester County, every Massachusetts household, or a broader metropolitan area. If your firm serves several places, the dashboard discussion should identify which geography belongs in each question. For example, “Which tracked targets relate to Webster?” is a measurement question. “How many cases will Webster produce?” is not answered by the population estimate.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels would be defined in the review. Separate Webster-focused targets from countywide and statewide targets, and document whether a call, form or matter is being associated with a city, a service area, a page or another source. Do not approve a report until the geographic scope is understandable to the people who will use it.
