Use Webster’s geography to define the review—not to assume demand
Webster is a census-designated place in Worcester County, Massachusetts. That distinction matters when you describe the market your firm serves: Webster, the county, nearby metropolitan areas and Massachusetts are not interchangeable geographic labels. The Census population estimate is useful for identifying the community in scope, but it cannot tell you how many people contact your firm, what kinds of matters they ask about or how many calls become signed cases. Intake Coach should therefore be evaluated against your firm’s real call flow, not against population as a proxy for opportunity.
Recommended approach
During the consultation, state whether you want to review calls from Webster specifically, from Worcester County more broadly or from a wider Massachusetts service area. Then ask how geographic information would be handled in call review and follow-up. Keep the measurement question narrow: can your firm identify where a caller came from and whether that information changes qualification, ownership or next steps?
