1. Set the service area around the work you actually accept
A Ware campaign should begin with a precise service-area decision. The Census record identifies Ware as a town in Hampshire County; it does not establish that every household or individual in the town is a prospective client. Your firm should decide whether the campaign is limited to Ware, includes other places in Hampshire County, or covers a broader Massachusetts territory. That choice affects which inquiries are useful and which may be outside your practice or travel capacity. Bosseo’s public Local Service Ads description says its program includes category and geography targeting, with service areas set deliberately. The relevant question is not whether a larger map sounds attractive. It is whether each included area matches your licensing, eligibility, office practices and ability to serve a matter.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area policy to the consultation. Separate places you actively want from places you can technically serve but do not want to prioritize. Ask how the selected geography will be reviewed when an inquiry comes from outside the intended area.
