Use Walpole geography to define the intake boundary
Walpole is a municipal town in Massachusetts and is recorded in Norfolk County. That relationship matters when you decide whether the widget should serve only Walpole visitors, Walpole plus nearby service areas, or a broader Massachusetts audience. Population alone cannot establish how many people need legal help, how many will visit your site or which practice areas they need. It also does not establish language preferences, staffing requirements or likely lead value. A useful intake design therefore begins with the firm’s actual service rules and location questions rather than a population-based assumption.
Recommended approach
Write the geographic eligibility question in plain language before choosing the survey path. Decide whether location should qualify an inquiry, route it to a particular team member or simply be recorded for later review. Keep Walpole and Norfolk County distinct in your internal decisions; a town reference should not silently become a county-wide promise.
