1. Define the geography before you interpret the board
Somerset CDP and Bristol County are not interchangeable geographic labels. A firm may serve people in Somerset while also handling matters from elsewhere in Massachusetts. The dashboard page describes city data, service-and-city targets, and rankings across a state, but it does not establish that any particular Somerset query, nearby municipality, county segment or Massachusetts-wide audience will produce a lead. The Census population estimate helps describe the place; it cannot establish legal need or marketing opportunity.
Recommended approach
During review, write down the geographic scope for every report: Somerset, Bristol County, Massachusetts, or another service area. Ask whether a ranking, call, form or matter can be filtered to that scope, and whether the location attached to a lead is an entered field, a source signal, or an assumption. Do not combine households, individuals, population estimates and matters in one denominator.
