Define the geography before you read the numbers
The Census record identifies Sharon as a CDP in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. That distinction matters when a firm reviews local performance: Sharon, Norfolk County, the wider Massachusetts market, households and individuals are not interchangeable reporting categories. A dashboard should therefore make the target geography explicit rather than treating every Massachusetts impression or call as a Sharon result. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes tracking for service-and-city targets, city data and rankings across a state. It also describes lead and source information intended to connect marketing activity with later decisions.
Recommended approach
Before accepting a dashboard view, ask which entries count as Sharon, which belong to Norfolk County or another city, and whether the geography is attached to a ranking, call, form, intake or matter. Keep the Census population figure as context only. Do not use it as a forecast of cases or revenue.
