1. Replace “How did you hear about us?” with a documented journey
A client’s recollection can be incomplete. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes records that include channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail, and attached intake answers. It also describes calls joining the same journey. That gives a Salisbury firm a more useful review point than a manually entered source field: which page or channel preceded the inquiry, what the person reported, and whether the contact moved forward. The town’s 9,281-person ACS estimate is not a substitute for those records and should not be used to predict inquiry volume.
Recommended approach
Review whether your current intake process preserves the first visit, later visits, form submissions, calls, and qualification information. Ask Bosseo to distinguish what can be connected automatically from what still requires a firm decision or confirmation.
