What does Lead Attribution show for a lead?+
Bosseo’s public product description says it can show the channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers in one journey. It also describes outcome tracking through consultation and signed case, subject to the records and definitions used by the firm.
Can it include phone calls?+
Bosseo says phone calls can join the same journey record as the web activity, including the transcript and case-type tag from the phone system. During a consultation, ask how that would apply to your firm’s current call and intake setup rather than assuming every call will contain identical information.
Does this replace asking how someone found the firm?+
It can reduce reliance on a person’s memory by providing journey information, but the firm still needs a sound intake process for substantive questions and outcomes. A client’s explanation may add context that tracking does not capture.
Can it tell us whether Norwood marketing is working?+
It can help you review journeys associated with the geographic pages, channels and outcomes you choose to measure. It cannot establish demand from Norwood’s population, guarantee rankings or prove that a page caused a signed case. The firm must define its geographic labels and outcome rules.
Will attribution guarantee search visibility or signed cases?+
No such guarantee should be assumed. Google states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. Attribution records and organizes journeys; it does not guarantee traffic, inquiries, consultations, signed cases or revenue.
Do we need to manage manual tags or spreadsheets?+
Bosseo’s public page says its instrumentation is built and maintained by Bosseo and describes no manual tagging requirement. Ask in the consultation what access, setup decisions and firm-side recordkeeping are required for your specific systems.
