Use Medfield geography to define the review conversation
The firm’s service area may include Medfield and other parts of Norfolk County or Massachusetts, but the Census record only establishes Medfield’s place classification, county relationship, and population estimate. It does not show where clients search, where matters originate, or which locations should appear in review requests. A reputation program should therefore begin with the firm’s real intake geography and practice mix rather than treating population as a proxy for demand.
Recommended approach
Map the locations the firm actually serves, then decide whether review requests should refer to the firm generally or to a particular office or service experience. Keep Medfield-specific language accurate and avoid implying that a client lives in Medfield, used a Medfield office, or hired the firm for a Medfield matter unless the firm knows that to be true.
