1. Start with the site you need to keep dependable
A law firm evaluating hosting should first document what must remain available: core service pages, contact forms, consultation requests, attorney information and any other public pages your firm relies on. The local scope should be explicit. Manchester-by-the-Sea is in Essex County; that relationship is different from saying the site serves all of Essex County or all of Massachusetts. Hosting requirements should follow the firm’s actual publishing and intake plan, not an assumed audience size. Bosseo’s public Dedicated Hosting page says its infrastructure is designed for law-firm websites, including sites with thousands of pages. That does not mean your firm needs that capacity, so ask for a recommendation based on your actual site.
Recommended approach
Bring a current page inventory and identify which pages are essential to client access. Ask Bosseo to explain the proposed hosting scope, resource allocation and any exclusions before approving a move.
