1. Start with the geographic definition, not a presumed market
The Census record identifies Lynn city as a municipality in Essex County. That distinction matters when your firm reviews location data. A Lynn city view is not automatically an Essex County view, a Massachusetts view or a metropolitan-area view. Nor does a population estimate prove that residents are searching for a particular practice area or that a marketing channel is producing clients. The dashboard page says it can show city data and asks which cities are producing calls. That makes geographic definitions an important review point before you rely on a location comparison.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how Lynn is represented in the dashboard and how the firm would distinguish Lynn from Essex County and broader Massachusetts activity. Agree in writing which geographic labels are used for rankings, calls, leads and matters. Treat the Census population only as context for eligibility and market definition—not as a forecast.
