1. Set the geographic scope before you compare review performance
Your firm may serve Lynn without serving every part of Essex County, and it may accept matters from outside Lynn. Those are different geographic questions. Lynn is a municipality in Essex County; the Census estimate describes Lynn city, not the county, the Boston metropolitan area, Massachusetts households or individual legal consumers. A review strategy should therefore identify the places your firm actually serves and the locations represented by your Google Business Profile. Do not use Lynn’s population as a substitute for search demand or a forecast of review volume.
Recommended approach
Create a coverage statement for the consultation: Lynn city, any additional Essex County communities you serve, and any Massachusetts-wide practice scope. Then compare that scope with your profile address, service-area settings, practice pages and review language. Ask Bosseo to evaluate whether the proposed review program supports the geographic area you want clients to understand, without implying that population data proves demand.
