Define Arlington coverage before spending
The Census record identifies Arlington CDP and its county relationship as Middlesex County. It does not define your firm’s service area. A firm may serve Arlington alone, Arlington and nearby communities, or a broader Massachusetts territory, depending on its practice, licensure and capacity. Local Service Ads decisions should therefore begin with the geographic area your firm is actually prepared to serve. Bosseo’s public Local Service Ads description includes category and geography targeting, including practice-area categories and service areas. That makes geographic scope a configuration decision rather than a conclusion drawn from population. The right review should also distinguish a person located in Arlington from a household counted in Arlington and from a case whose venue or service need lies elsewhere.
Recommended approach
List the communities, courts, travel limits and matter types your firm will accept. Then compare that service map with the Arlington and Middlesex County coverage you want to evaluate. Do not expand the target area merely because the Census population estimate is available.
