Bosseo’s public product page describes a guided survey built around practice areas and case types. It says each practice area can have its own question path and that qualification may consider case type, urgency and fit. That makes your internal matter boundaries the starting point. Woodlawn’s designation as a CDP within Prince George’s County tells you where the page is intended to serve; it does not tell you which legal services local visitors need. Do not use the population estimate to choose a practice area or assume a particular audience.
Recommended approach
List the matters you accept, decline or refer. For each, identify the first facts a reviewer needs, the facts that require a human decision and the situations that should stop the flow or trigger escalation.
