1. Review intake quality against your firm’s real matters
Bosseo says Intake Coach produces an AI score out of 100, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary and specific coaching suggestions tied to the conversation. Those outputs can give an owner or intake manager a more consistent way to examine how calls are handled. The Wildewood reference matters mainly as a boundary: Wildewood is a CDP within St. Mary’s County, not a synonym for the whole county or for Maryland. A review should distinguish calls from Wildewood from calls elsewhere rather than treating every Maryland conversation as one local segment.
Recommended approach
Bring a sample of your current intake standards to the consultation. Decide which behaviors matter for your practice, such as confirming contact information, identifying a deadline, recording jurisdiction, explaining the next step or escalating a time-sensitive issue. Ask how the product’s call-quality review and coaching suggestions would be interpreted against those standards. Do not use the Wildewood population estimate as a forecast of calls or cases.
