1. Start with Urbana’s actual service boundary
The Census record identifies Urbana as a CDP in Frederick County, Maryland. That distinction matters when you define intake questions. Urbana, Frederick County and Maryland are not interchangeable geographic labels. If your firm serves only particular locations, the intake should not imply broader coverage merely because a visitor is nearby. Bosseo’s public Video Intake description says that each practice area can have its own qualification path and that inquiries can be delivered tagged by case type. The product page also describes routing by case type and location in its FAQ. Those capabilities support a review of the geographic questions your firm actually needs.
Recommended approach
Write down the locations your firm accepts before choosing the first question path. Decide whether location should screen, route or simply inform follow-up. Do not use the Urbana population estimate as a forecast of submissions. Instead, review whether the proposed intake captures a visitor’s location accurately enough for your own eligibility rules.
