1. Start with the journey, not a client’s memory
Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes journey-level records that can include channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers. It also describes calls joining the same journey record. That is materially different from relying only on a manually entered answer such as “Google” or “referral.” A remembered source may be incomplete, while a journey view can preserve the path that led to contact. For a Springdale-serving firm, review whether your reporting distinguishes a Springdale inquiry from a Prince George’s County inquiry outside Springdale, and whether those distinctions remain visible after the matter moves through intake.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how the record represents the first visit, later visits, the contact event and the geographic information your team already collects. Decide which location fields belong in qualification and which are merely descriptive. Do not treat the Springdale population estimate as a forecast of inquiries or as a reason to assign staffing levels.
