1. Set the geographic boundary before reading the numbers
Seabrook CDP is recorded in Prince George’s County. A Seabrook inquiry, a Prince George’s County inquiry and a Maryland-wide inquiry are not interchangeable. The dashboard page describes city data, source attribution and tracked service-and-city targets, but the firm still needs to decide which geographic labels matter to its practice. Otherwise, a countywide call or a Maryland ranking could be mistaken for Seabrook performance. The Census population estimate is useful context for the place, not a forecast of cases or marketing return.
Recommended approach
At the consultation, define the geographic categories you want reviewed: Seabrook, Prince George’s County, Maryland and any additional service areas relevant to your practice. Ask how each category will appear in rankings, lead records and source attribution. Treat the definitions as acceptance criteria, not as an afterthought.
