1. Build the intake around the matters your firm actually reviews
Bosseo says Video Intake can use a separate question path for each practice area and can weight qualification toward the work a firm wants to grow. That matters more than adding a generic video welcome to a Rosedale page. A personal-injury visitor may need a different first set of questions from someone seeking estate planning, family-law advice or another service. Your firm should identify the matter categories it accepts, declines or refers, then decide which answers determine fit. Rosedale’s relationship to Baltimore County is useful when you define the geographic questions your attorneys need; it is not evidence that a particular case type is common in the CDP.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review your existing practice-area intake questions and show how each path would distinguish accepted matters, matters needing attorney review and matters outside scope. Keep the geographic question specific to your service area and avoid treating Rosedale’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiries.
