1. Define the geography before you judge the numbers
The Census record identifies Ocean City town and its relationship to Worcester County. Those are not interchangeable scopes. A report about Ocean City should not silently become a report about all of Worcester County, Maryland or a broader metropolitan area. Population is eligibility context only; it does not show how many people search for a lawyer, call a firm or become clients. Ask Bosseo to state the geographic scope beside every location-based measure. If the firm serves nearby communities as well, keep those areas separate rather than combining them into one attractive total.
Recommended approach
At the consultation, request a written geography convention for tracked keywords, calls, leads, case types and source attribution. Decide whether Ocean City is a town target, part of a Worcester County service area or one location among several. Do not approve a metric until you know which geography it represents.
