1. Define what “ROI” means before reviewing the screen
The Bosseo public page describes the dashboard as connecting rankings, calls, leads and matters, with leads and matters by case type tied to revenue. It also lists live keyword rankings, SERP features, AI citations, site traffic, inbound calls, forms, video intakes, reviews and source attribution. Those labels are useful only when your firm agrees on their meaning. A call is not automatically a qualified opportunity. A lead is not automatically a retained matter. A ranking is not revenue. For New Carrollton, write down whether the geographic question concerns the city itself, Prince George’s County, Maryland or a wider service area. The Census record establishes the city–county relationship; it does not establish which geography produces clients.
Recommended approach
Ask for a field-by-field explanation of the dashboard’s ROI path: what qualifies as a lead, how a matter is identified, which revenue value is entered, and how cancelled, duplicate, existing-client or unrelated calls are treated. Require a written definition for each metric before using it in partner or budget discussions.
