What can Lead Attribution show for an inquiry?+
Bosseo’s public product page describes channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. It also describes calls joining the same journey and outcomes extending through consultation and signed case. The exact information available to your firm should be confirmed in the consultation.
Can it include phone calls?+
Bosseo says calls can join the same journey record, including the web journey that produced the call, the transcript and a case-type tag from the phone system. Ask how that would apply to your current phone and intake arrangements.
Will this tell me how many Lanham cases my firm will receive?+
No. Attribution is a measurement service, not evidence of future demand, lead volume, case volume or revenue. Lanham’s 2020–2024 ACS population estimate is geographic context and does not establish those outcomes.
Does attribution replace our intake process?+
Bosseo’s public page says attribution runs behind the scenes and that the journey data is attached to each lead automatically. Your firm should still review how qualification, ownership, escalation and outcome recording work in its own intake operation.
How is this different from aggregate website analytics?+
Bosseo describes Lead Attribution as connecting a specific journey to a lead’s intake information and later outcomes, rather than stopping at anonymous traffic totals. The consultation should confirm how the available records differ from the analytics tools your firm already uses.
Can it prove that a page or channel produced a signed case?+
Bosseo describes tracking from first click through consultation and signed case, with roll-ups by channel, case type and page. A useful conclusion still depends on consistent outcome recording and adequate attribution coverage; no result should be assumed before those conditions are reviewed.
