What can Lead Attribution show for a lead?+
Bosseo describes a record that can include channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. The available record should be confirmed for your firm’s tools and contact paths.
Can it include phone calls?+
Bosseo states that calls can join the same journey record, with transcript and case-type information connected to the web journey where the relevant phone system supports those records. Review the exact call path used by your firm.
Do we need to change the question we ask during intake?+
Bosseo’s public page says attribution runs behind the scenes and that staff do not need to maintain UTM spreadsheets or rely on a “how did you hear about us?” script. You should still review your intake process, permissions and required fields before implementation.
Can we separate Langley Park from the rest of Prince George’s County?+
That depends on the location information available in your records and the reporting structure you choose. Langley Park CDP and Prince George’s County are not the same geographic unit, so confirm how each should be represented rather than combining them by default.
Does attribution prove that a channel will produce cases?+
No. It can support review of recorded journeys and defined outcomes, but past records do not guarantee future inquiries, consultations, signed cases or revenue. Population data also cannot establish demand or lead volume.
How is this different from aggregate analytics?+
Bosseo positions Lead Attribution as connecting an individual journey with lead and intake information, while aggregate analytics generally summarizes traffic. Ask which records, fields, access controls and outcome stages would be available for your firm.
