1. Define what a Fairwood result means before you measure it
A location label can be useful only when the firm agrees on what it represents. Fairwood is a CDP in Prince George's County; it is not interchangeable with the county, Maryland as a whole, a metropolitan area, a household or an individual. A dashboard review should ask whether a location field describes a search target, a caller's stated location, a service area, an office location or the page associated with a contact. Those are different measurements. Population eligibility does not establish that Fairwood residents are searching for counsel or that a particular practice area has demand there.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels are defined in the dashboard and how Fairwood activity would be distinguished from Prince George's County or broader Maryland activity. Approve the view only after your team can explain which geographic question each tile answers.
