Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Brandywine is recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau as a CDP in Prince George’s County, Maryland. That geographic relationship matters when you decide how to name locations in tracked keywords, lead reports and source attribution. A dashboard view of “Brandywine” should not silently be treated as a countywide, statewide or metropolitan result. Nor should the Census population estimate be treated as evidence of legal demand or marketing opportunity. During evaluation, specify whether a question concerns Brandywine, Prince George’s County, another service area, or Maryland more broadly. Then decide how those areas should appear in reporting.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels are defined in the dashboard and how your firm would distinguish Brandywine activity from Prince George’s County or Maryland activity. Treat any local keyword list, call pattern or lead count as a measurement question requiring clear scope, not as a forecast.
