1. Start with the Adelphi service area, not a generic software brief
Adelphi is recorded as a CDP in Prince George’s County. That tells you how to describe the firm’s service area; it does not tell you which software your practice needs. A custom build should begin with the work performed for the clients and referral sources you actually serve, wherever those matters originate. Separate local intake questions from internal operations. For example, a form for a prospective client is a different design problem from a dashboard used by staff after a matter opens.
Recommended approach
Bring one Adelphi-facing workflow and one internal workflow to the consultation. For each, identify who starts it, what information is collected, who may view it, what must happen next, and where the process currently stops. Bosseo can then discuss whether a client portal, intake tool, referral tracker, or internal dashboard fits the problem described on its Custom Software page.
