1. Start with the calls your Adelphi team does not answer
The local fact is geographic, not predictive: Adelphi CDP is recorded in Prince George’s County, Maryland. A population estimate cannot tell you how many prospective clients call your firm or when they call. For that reason, do not size an AI answering arrangement from population alone. Review your own phone records by hour, day, call outcome and practice area. Separate voicemail, abandoned calls, current-client calls and calls that reached a person. The useful question is whether unanswered or overflow calls contain information your team needs to act on.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review the response paths that would apply to your Adelphi-serving practice: calls answered by staff, calls that remain unanswered, after-hours calls, holiday calls and periods when several callers arrive at once. Decide which calls should remain with your team and which should move to an AI safety net.
