1. Define the geography before you read the numbers
The Census identifies Yarmouth as a municipal town in Cumberland County. That distinction matters when a dashboard reports city, county or broader market activity. A Yarmouth inquiry should not automatically be treated as a Cumberland County inquiry, and a county result should not be presented as proof of performance in the town. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says its reporting can show keyword rankings, city data and leads by case type. During evaluation, ask how the relevant geography is named, filtered and displayed, and whether a location attached to a contact is available by the person, inferred from a source, or defined another way.
Recommended approach
Agree on geographic definitions before comparing periods or allocating budget. Ask to see how a Yarmouth target would be separated from Cumberland County and from other locations your firm serves. Treat the Census population as context for scope, not as a forecast of cases or revenue.
