List the matter types you accept, decline or refer. For each, identify the minimum facts needed for an initial review, the facts that require attorney attention, and the circumstances that should trigger an immediate escalation or a clear non-engagement response. Keep the path focused enough that a visitor can explain the issue without being asked to diagnose the law.
