Use Brunswick’s geography to define the review—not to assume demand
Your service area may include Brunswick and places elsewhere in Cumberland County, but those are not interchangeable geographic units. Brunswick is recorded as a municipal-town, while Cumberland County is the county relationship attached to it. The population estimate applies to Brunswick town, not to every household, individual or potential client in the county. It cannot prove search volume, competition, leads, cases or revenue. For Intake Coach, the practical question is narrower: which calls does your firm treat as Brunswick matters, which calls belong to another service area, and whether your intake team records that distinction consistently?
Recommended approach
Set the geographic questions your team should ask and document. Review whether a caller’s location, court location, incident location or requested service area affects qualification, ownership or escalation. Do not create staffing or call-volume assumptions from the Brunswick population figure. Instead, examine your firm’s actual call records and use coaching to identify where geographic clarification is missing.
