Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Brunswick and Cumberland County are not interchangeable descriptions of your service area. The Census Bureau records Brunswick as a census-designated place within Cumberland County, but that population fact does not show where your clients live or where your legal matters originate. A reputation program should therefore avoid treating one place name as the entire market. Review whether your profile, website and client communications accurately describe Brunswick, Cumberland County and any other Maine locations your firm intentionally serves. Keep the public geography consistent with your licensing, office and practice decisions rather than expanding it merely to create a larger-looking audience.
Recommended approach
Bring a current service-area description, Google Business Profile details and the locations associated with recent qualified inquiries to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to evaluate whether the proposed review program would support the places you actually serve and whether any geographic wording needs attorney review.
