1. Start with the profile prospective clients actually see
A review program should begin with the public profile, not an assumption that Biddeford’s population creates an opportunity. The Census identifies Biddeford city as a municipality in York County and records 22,498 residents in the 2020–2024 ACS estimate. It does not show how many people are seeking legal help, how many firms they compare or how many calls a profile can generate. For a Biddeford firm, the first review is therefore geographic accuracy: does the profile describe the firm’s actual service area, office information and legal services without implying a location or coverage the firm does not offer? Bosseo’s public Reputation & Reviews page centers the Google Business Profile and describes review count, rating and responses as elements clients examine. Treat those statements as the service’s positioning, not as a guaranteed ranking or lead outcome.
Recommended approach
Audit the profile as a Biddeford-and-York-County decision point. Record the current rating, review count, dates of recent reviews, response coverage, category information and service-area language. Separate what is visible from what you hope will improve.
